Tram 4 is just at the end of the street - great for heading through town to centraal station - or getting to schiphol within 30 minutes if you time it right.

The flat itself is fantastic - where do i start?

It would suit a creative - there is plenty of work space if you need it, and plenty of room to relax. Lighting plays a big part - both natural sunlight and many options to create whatever kind of atmosphere you want, from bright to very very cosy. There's a JVC TV, wifi, a huge L-shaped sofa, intergrated shelves that give masses of storage space and look great.

The bedroom has a massive, luxurious auping bed - you will have the best sleep ever, should you so desire.
