o Assist the Head of Talent Management with sourcing for all countries
o Search for freelance creative resources in various markets, perform initial selection in the process before the negotiation process
o Being able to ascertain & differentiate between bad & good work through a variety of markets worldwide
o Understanding good Aesthetic in Work
o Develop and maintain relationships with the pool of talent & creative networks sourced

Experience required:

The ideal candidate is someone with the following profile:

Qualifications and Experience
o Camera operator or camera assistant with over 2 years of on-set production experience. Alternatively having assisted a director on set through the production process beginning to end. Believing you have a sound knowledge of equipment through this experience you have
o Extensive editing experience, preferably with Final Cut Pro. Sound experience is also helpful
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in a media production environment
o Hands on experience with and excellent understanding of Camera Equipment & Editing Software & latest advancements in the industry
