I'm an Australian currently living in Amsterdam, looking for an apartment to rent from the end of November for at least three months. I'm a writer and I'm a very quiet, clean and dependable tenant, so I'd love to check out your apartment if it fits what I'm looking for.

This is what I'm hoping to find:

- Monthly rental of 700 - 800 euros, all inclusive (wifi, heating, gas, water etc)
- Something relatively central, with a preference for the West or around the Pijp
- Quiet and clean
- A space to work
- 3 month minimum, from 30 October

I can provide local references and am happy to meet any time in November.
