We are a reliable couple in our mid-twenties who have travelled widely in Europe and beyond, mostly using various hospitality-networks. We work in the field of social science and medicine respectively. We are open to swap with anyone who can convince us of the qualitities of his/her own location (city or countryside, all fine). We prefer to swap for (long) weekends or regular holidays. We will have to take into account travelling costs and time, which basically means that it will be easiest to arrange things a little longer in advance. Right now we are flexible to try and arrange something in the month of December (with a slight preference for swapping with someone in Switzerland).

Our appartment is situated in a safe neighbourhood in Amsterdam Zuid, close to all public transport (bikes can be included in the swap) with the Amsterdamse Bos around the corner, and not far from hotspots, such as the Museum quarter, De Pijp and the Vondelpark.

This neat appartment has one bedroom with a double bed and one (large!) living room. There is no television, but all other modern comfort is available, including a washing machine and WiFi. There's a well-equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom with shower, as well as a very comfortable balcony. The place is perfect for couples, but since the living room is so big, it will be no problem to accomodate an extra person (however, since we are on the sixth floor and no one usually sleeps here, this room doesn't have curtains).
