The Apartment This spacious 75 m2 apartment is perfect for couples or small families as it can comfortably accommodate up to three persons. It is fully equipped and includes its private kitchen and bathroom; a unique feature is the cozy bathtub that makes the double bedroom very special. All the amenities, such as internet - PC available, TV, DVD player and laundry facilities make this apartment complete for a comfortable stay in Amsterdam. The Oudwest Apartment, decorated with an eclectic design, boasts many special decorative details and pieces of furniture. The large living-room is very comfortable and colorfully decorated. The master bedroom has a very large double bed, is extremely luxurious with its bathtub as well as an additional TV. The sofa-bed, in the lounge area, can sleep a third person. The Location This apartment is centrally located in the Old West district of Amsterdam. The Dam Square, Leidseplein, Kalverstraat, Nieuwendijk and Anne Frank's house, The Vondelpark, the Van Gogh and Rijks museums are within walking distance. Several choices of restaurants (Greek, Indian,Turkish, Indonesian, Mexican, Italian and Chinese) are at walking distance as well as various bakeries, a supermarket, local groceries, a wide range of shops, including newsstands, where tram and bus cards can be easily purchased. After requesting availability, your host will inform you about the total price and procedure. You are asked after confirmation to pay 50% of the total sum, the remaining you will pay cash on arrival.
