Volunteers needed to work for Community Development Programs in Nepal
Samarpan Nepal - a nonprofit, community organization (NGO) working for poor, impoverished children and environment in Nepal - needs some Volunteers who want to work for Nepalese poor community.
This is suitable for those who have the technical knowledge of any field and can be applied in Nepali community programs.
Volunteering fields:
Education (Teaching)
Agriculture (Working on Plant Nursery, Teaching Poultry Keeping skills/knowledge)
Construction
Public Health (Working in community health post)
Environment (Elephant Care)
Volunteering program start date:
All year-round
Duration commitment:
1 week; or +
Fees (pay after visiting our office in Nepal in person):
US$ 300 per week per volunteer
US$ 660 per month per volunteer
(Includes all meals and accommodation during volunteering; airport pick up and drop off)
(Does not include any airfare)
Qualification desired on participants:
Knowledge of respective field intended to volunteer
No prior experience is needed
No intense knowledge of English language is needed
