THIS IS A HOUSE FINDING SERVICE.
Please note that we DONT deal with rooms.
We are able to find a 1, 2, 3, 4 or more bedrooms rental.
I will briefly explain how we work.
We help people find a home faster. Think about less than a week.
What we do? We sit down with our customers and ask your housing preference and maximum rent, this is completely without obligation. In addition, we would like to know your gross monthly income, on the basis of this we calculate the maximum you can bear in rent. We do this according to the rules that regulates the housing market. Candidates must provide a proper source of income and a monthly income of at least 2.5 x the rent on papers and good paperwork.
If you want to use our services, we send you a form in which you agree to retain us as your real estate agent. This form must be signed and forwaded to us so that we start right away working on your behalf. This way we know for sure that you are seriously looking for a home and that we can be fully involved with you. We will look for homes and send them to you. If you see something in between, we will schedule a viewing and go here with you. It is important to us that you feel at home here and we will go with you to ask the necessary questions that are necessary when seeing the house. After the viewing, we would like to hear if you liked it, if you didn't like it, we will of course look further. We will continue with this until we have found the suitable home for you.
Have we found the right home? Then everything gets started. We will send the required documents to the property owner. We maintain contact and then go through the contract with you, so that you know what you are signing. Usually the keys are handed over between 1 to 5 working days after signing the contract. We are also present to go through everything properly again. And so that the house is delivered as it should be.
