The racing version of this classic IOR boat took 1st and 2nd in the 1975 Fastnet race. This boat is one of the later and more refined Standfast 40 Prestige cruising models built in Breskens Netherlands, and imported to the US by an Annapolis brokerage. She has been lovingly maintained by the current owner of 16 years. The yard was known for building high quality state of the art sailing yachts that are comfortable and ocean going. She is very clean and functional. Everything works on the boat. She has beautiful IOR tumblehome, and sheer, and will grace any harbor.

Two hanging lockers across to starboard, solid bulkhead door closes area into master suite. Large U shaped dinette to port with fixed table that opens to serve starboard settee. L-shaped galley on port across from forward facing navigation station to starboard, with seat, chart storage, and electronics. Engine on center, under companion way ladder with solid bulkhead door to starboard which leads to private aft cabin with double quarter birth on port, and single to starboard. Well ventilated with four opening portholes.

The L-shaped Galley is outboard to port, with two SS sinks, 3 burner Eno Mendoza LPG stove with oven, ice box, hot and cold pressure water, manual pedal operated whale domestic water pump (2018), ample cabinets, lockers and drawers.
