What you will do if you receive the job:

• Manage Inbound and Outbound phone requests / orders and other activities from Microsoft
• customers in a timely manner;
• Ability to provide options and outline features or product and services to gain and keep a customer;
• Manage sales cycle for Microsoft customers from lead identification to close;
• Build long term business relationships between Microsoft and business companies through a mixture
• of inbound and outbound phone / email activities.
• Listening to customers' questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;
• Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
• Providing information about fashion products;
• Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
