Compensation:
Base salary: approx. €4,500 – €5,500 gross per month
Bonus: up to ~17% of annual salary depending on KPIs.
Contract:
12-month contract initially, then unlimited
Probation period: 1 month

Furniture industry, furniture components, interior companies, workshops and smaller manufacturers
Many customers are smaller businesses (approx. 20–50 employees)

Current NL revenue approx. €1M, target is to grow toward €2M. Company in NL was established 10/2024.
In the first year, the focus is on developing existing accounts, understanding the portfolio, and gradually generating new customers

The role requires an entrepreneurial, proactive personality who is comfortable working independently
